  • The original packaging must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges, and there are no restocking fees. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will also cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.


Return Processing Timeline

  • Day 0: Return request submitted

  • Within 24 hours: Return approval response

  • 14 days of approval: Customer ships the item back

  • 3–7 business days: Return delivery to our facility

  • 2–3 business days: Inspection of returned items


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once returned items pass inspection. The timeline is as follows:

  • Item received: 1–2 business days

  • Inspection completed: 1–2 business days

  • Refund initiated: Same day after approval

  • Bank or payment provider processing: 1–3 business days

The total estimated refund time is up to 7 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested for a different size or item, subject to stock availability. Please note:

  • The item must meet the same condition requirements for returns.
