How can I place an order?
Simply add your selected items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment through our secure system. A confirmation email containing your order number will be sent immediately after checkout.

Is an account required to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and allows you to track orders more easily and save your information for future purchases.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing begins, changes can no longer be made.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only before the order enters fulfillment. Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping timeline is as follows:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping area: All 50 U.S. states

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

My order says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
We recommend checking around your property, asking household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier directly. If the carrier confirms delivery, tataypepes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

What is your return period?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return. Full details are outlined in our Return Policy.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds follow this timeline:

  • Item received: 1–2 business days

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days

  • Refund issued: Same day after inspection

  • Bank processing: 1–2 business days

Most refunds are completed within 5 business days and are sent back to the original payment method.

Which items are not eligible for return?
Returns are not accepted for items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing original packaging or tags, or marked as Final Sale.

How do I request a return?
Please email our support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Until when can I cancel an order?
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If processing has not started, we can update the address. Once fulfillment begins, address changes are no longer possible.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, eligible prepaid cards, and Tataypepes gift cards.

Which payment methods are not supported?
We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders, bank transfers (unless announced), or cryptocurrency.

When will my card be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately once the order is placed.

Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons include incorrect card details, billing address mismatch, expired cards, insufficient funds, or bank security restrictions.

Yes. We use SSL encryption, tokenized payment systems, and PCI-compliant processors. We never store full card details.
