MANILA – Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Senator Manuel Villar are statistically tied in the presidential derby in the survey by the Social Weather Stations (SWS) at the start of the official campaign period a month ago.
Aquino, standard-bearer of the Liberal Party (LP), got an overall score of 36 percent against the 34 percent of Nacionalista Party’s Villar.
