MANILA — The controversial Embassy Superclub closed down for good as a new, “wholesome” bar was opened by its owners, the local government of Taguig said Friday.
In a report dated November 3, the city council’s joint committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry, and Peace and Order and Drug Abuse Prevention endorsed the application of “Encore” for a business permit.
